Nikolina Nolan, carrying on business as This Is ALTO (“ALTO”), is responsible for information collected through thisisalto.com. This notice covers our public website and inquiry form.

When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, message, any subject you provide, and your optional marketing preference. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and manage related communications. The marketing preference is optional; leaving it unchecked does not prevent you from contacting us. Newsletter signup is currently disabled, and submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you.

Cloudflare provides website hosting, spam protection through Turnstile, and delivery of inquiry emails. Those emails arrive in our Google Workspace mailbox. Varro Solutions maintains the website on our behalf and may process information when providing that support. These providers may process or store information outside Canada, where different laws may apply.

We also process technical security and delivery information, including request references, delivery status and information used to limit automated submissions. The website uses browser local storage to remember a submission reference and status to help prevent duplicate messages; it does not store your inquiry text or email address in that local-storage record.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website usage and performance. Cloudflare describes this analytics service as not using cookies or local storage to collect usage metrics. That description applies to analytics, not every security feature or browser-storage function on the website. Turnstile processing is described in Cloudflare’s privacy addendum.

We retain information as reasonably needed to respond, operate securely, maintain relevant business records and meet applicable requirements.
